Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My biggest inspiration I draw from regarding live show production is SPACES LACES & SVDDEN DEATH dubstep acts. As for music production inspiration, I am heavily influenced by DJSMOKEYY, MR.BILL and AU5 for their technical prowess, sound design and overall knowledge with audio. Day to day my life is filled with the sounds of NPR jazz and I find that listening to different genres within the EDM sphere is what keeps me motivated to create from a place of originality not hype.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Having the opportunity to perform and share my original bass music project on such a stage would be the biggest stage I have ever been on. Being allowed such an honor would thrust my name sake and image on scale far beyond my area code and state., that alone is an impact unmatched.
What would you do with $50,000?
With a prize of $50,000 I would pay off the small $3,000 dollars I owe on my car, as well as pay off my studio dj gear and upgrade my studio allowing me the level of focus and quality to bring my productions to the next level. With the remaining money I would allocate those funds to help me build a team of stage engineers and visual experts, as well as marketing team to further carry my project to next level of making it on festival lineups and stages across the globe.
