Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration comes from legends like A.R. Rahman, whose music transcends language and borders. I also draw from my roots—folk Punjabi melodies, the energy of Bollywood, and the soul of classical ragas. I aim to honor tradition while pushing sound forward.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen would amplify my voice on a global stage, helping introduce Punjabi-Bollywood fusion to new audiences. It’s a chance to connect cultures through music, inspire young South Asian artists, and collaborate with world talent.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d invest in building a cross-cultural music studio, fund upcoming talent from underrepresented communities, and produce an EP that fuses Punjabi folk with global genres. It’s about creating opportunity and pushing boundaries.
