Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I believe writing about personal experiences makes music way more emotional and relatable. Some artists that inspire me are Sasha Alex Sloan, Ruel, Fly by Midnight, The Wldlfe, Sombr, and many more artists! I believe in giving the underground artists more of a chance than the artists who were born into fame. Storytelling through music is a lot more powerful to me than the corporate AI music. Al has taken over, and while it’s helpful, it never utilizes other people’s skills in music.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I think it would benefit listeners way more than it would benefit me. Who knows if the messages in my songs will reach someone, make them feel something, or even save their life. Music is therapy, and I 100% intend on using that way instead of using my talents to hurt others, or make the feel worse about themselves or people in their lives.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would give as much as I can to those who I know are in need of financial support, but also use it to help save and ground myself in the forever growing economy and inflation.
