Alexander Vartan

I am a future Berklee College of Music student that wants to revolutionize the world with good old metal music. Kind of like an 80’s revival

Q&A

Who or what is your musical inspiration?

My parents, Queensrÿche, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Van Halen, Dio, Rainbow, Metallica, The Birthday Massacre

How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?

Not that it’s the most important thing to me, but it would get my music out to many people who may like this type of music. I want to just express myself to as many people as I can to hopefully inspire some people to pick up an instrument and play their hearts out eventually becoming masters at their craft.

What would you do with $50,000?

I’d donate half of it to a musical charity, and then I’d spend the rest either for my college tuition or for new more professional gear like a new Mesa Boogie amp, new ESP guitar, new monitors (speakers).
