Who or what is your musical inspiration?
SZA inspires me because of how deeply she writes from the heart. Her vulnerability, honesty, and the way she captures complex emotions in such poetic, relatable ways have had a huge impact on me. She’s not afraid to be imperfect or to question herself, and that authenticity makes her music timeless. Watching her evolve while staying true to her artistry reminds me to lead with emotion, trust my voice, and create music that really connects.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be huge for my career. It’s not just about the music; it’s about using the stage to connect with people who care about real change. It’d give me a chance to share my story on a global scale, inspire others, and get my sound out to a wider audience. Plus, being surrounded by artists who are doing big things would push me to level up and keep growing—both as an artist and as someone with a message.
What would you do with $50,000?
If I had $50,000, I’d put it straight into my music—recording, producing, and making sure my vision comes to life the way I hear it in my head. I’d also spend some on getting my music and brand in front of more people, whether it’s through promo, visuals, or connecting with the right people.
