Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Vocally, Eddie Holman has always been a huge inspiration to me, his vocal range is outta this world and his songs are fantastic. Lyrically, I'd say Willie Nelson, I love the way the man tells a story.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
This opptunity would impact my life significantly. Expanding my audience nationwide! Opening people's eyes to the chicano soul scene that's been forming over the years in East Los Angeles.
What would you do with $50,000?
I've been poor since the day I was born. I really dont know what I'd do with the money. I'd catch up on bills that I've fallen behind on. Invest in my music, pay for studio time at SECOND HAND SOUNDS. Probably press my two singles onto 45. I've been wanting to do that for a while, but I just cant afford to invest in me. That would be the day.
