Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration is my father. Although there are many more popular artists that I admire such as Kanye West, Adele, and Frank Ocean, my father was a rapper that had so much passion for changing peoples lives through music. He believed in the importance of music and how that can shape a generation. I look up to him in every way. I also look up to people like Kanye West, who had the courage to be everything he knew he needed as an artist. He used his gifts to create unique music.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the global citizens Festival would change my career forever. It would be a chance for a whole different group of people that have never heard my music, get to see and hear who I am and what I’m about. I would also use it as an amazing opportunity to network with other artists, and music executives. Performing is the most important part of my career And with this opportunity, I will put on an amazing show.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would invest a huge portion back into my career. Music is so important to me, so I would use the money to potentially set up my own tour, and invest in other resources that would benefit my career. I would love to be able to perform in bigger venues, for bigger crowds of people. I would also love to create high-quality content that would accurately express my music in a creative way. I would also use the money to help support my family however we would need it.
