Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I have inherited a deep passion, liking, inspiration and interest for music from my family as I come from a background of traditional classical musicians and dancers. My passion for music and singing has been influenced predominantly by my mother who herself is an accomplished and world renowned artist, dancer, Tabla: A percussion instrument player, teacher and choreographer.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I strongly believe that performing at the Global Citizen Festival will mark a significant milestone as it will provide me with the break and opportunity I am currently seeking and will also bring me closer to the audience on a much greater scale and number. I am also an actor, and I believe that performing at the Global Citizen festival would also impact my acting career as it would open door to more audition opportunities and put me on casting director, director, producers radar in Hollywood.
What would you do with $50,000?
If I were to win $50,000, then I would not only invest the money into my music and singing career as well as acting career, but also in addition help and assist those who are much less fortunate, such people facing homelessness and who are on the streets without a roof over their heads, etc
