Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I am a session drummer by trade as is my father. I’ve been surrounded by music and musicians my entire life. My on stage performances both behind the kit and behind the mic are outshined by few if any on the same showcase.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
The exponential increase in exposure would be a huge win with respect to bringing in thousands of new listeners and creating a growth that is more stable so that expanding audiences, brand and vision are far more approachable. Allowing future projects to be all they can be and reach as well as benefit as many as possible.
What would you do with $50,000?
Record my Album and better support as well as better incentivize my team here in Ottawa. In a band also, (The Consequencts). Our premier hip-hop studio is The Cave and I work there as a session drummer. Gets me great rates and the houses best engineer, so the money would go a long way to making what has been a full-time passion into a fully blown career. I’ve worked in music and production my entire life and it is time that it was my everyday, my all day. Was born for it.
