Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I have so many inspirations. I love listening to country/americana artists like Willow Avalon and Sarah Gross, and I really admire the songwriters behind the biggest names in pop like Annika Bennett and Amy Allen. Taylor Swift is who really got me into music in the first place, and I love Alt pop/rock like Wolf Alice and Haim too! I have become such a more well rounded songwriter the more genres I listen to, because I learn to take what I like from all of them and make my own sound.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be a dream come true to preform at Global Citizen Festival!!!! I have always yearned to preform and when I found songwriting I knew it was my path. All I want is to make music my job, and collaborate with the best of the best to make art. Preforming at this festival would put me on the map!!
What would you do with $50,000?
If I won $50,000 I would produce an album and buy a place in LA! I would save the majority of it for paying off student debt.
