I’m AYOGABE- my style is unique, my music hits hard, and my ethic is real. No doubt that with the platform, I’m a hit maker.
Thank you for generously supporting AYOGABE in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to empower Global Citizen in their mission to eradicate extreme poverty and create a world where everyone has an equal chance to thrive.
Who or what is your musical inspiration?
The ability to make different people perceive one thing, one million different ways is my musical inspiration. That other than my grandpa who is a former guitarist himself. He tells me if I’m going to do music, to be the best at it.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Festival would give me the platform and stage to showcase my talents to the world in the best way. People would be able to get a real look at my artistry while also having the best time. A live experience is the best experience and my show would be no different.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’ll be honest, I would take some of that money and help out my mother and father but the rest of the money would be reinvested into my art. With 50,000 I would purchase equipment, invest it in my own product to mass produce, invest some of it in promotion and marketing, etc. The only thing the 50 thousand would be doing is leveling up my craft to the next level. You don’t need 1 million dollars to make art that looks like you have 1 million dollars.
