Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration is Drake. His ability to blend different genres—from rap to R&B to dancehall—has reshaped the sound of modern music. What inspires me most is his emotional honesty; he isn’t afraid to show vulnerability in his lyrics, which makes his music deeply relatable. Whether it's his introspection on tracks like Marvins Room or his confidence on Started From the Bottom, Drake has taught me that music can be both personal and powerful.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
As an aspiring artist just missing the eyes to see me, performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be life-changing. It would put my voice on a global stage, giving me the chance to connect with people far beyond my current reach. More than just exposure, it would validate the years of hard work, late nights, and passion I’ve poured into my music.
What would you do with $50,000?
If I received $50,000, I would invest it straight back into my music. I’d upgrade my equipment—better mics, monitors, and production tools—to take the quality of my sound to the next level. I’d also use part of it to build a proper home studio, giving me a space to create freely and consistently. Beyond gear, I’d put funds into marketing, visuals, and collaborations, so my music can reach the audience it deserves. I WANT LONGEVITY.
