Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Our music inspirations span from the pop sensibilities of Motown to a modern rock sound of Cage the Elephant. We are certainly inspired by the 90's and early 2000's. - Ah, the late ‘90s. That dreamy kaleidoscope of jewel-toned hues, baggy cargo pants, and a Sixpence None the Richer CD popped in your Sony Walkman on a warm afternoon. How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Playing at the Global Citizen Festival would be very impactful for our career. Just last week our music video was added to the rotation on MTV so this performance would just solidify our name in line with the other acts which are also on both MTV and Global Citizen Festival.
What would you do with $50,000?
If we were granted the 50,000 cash prize, we would invest it into a commercial radio campaign with marketing company - The Syndicate. We would also hire them for their publicist team to work along side that radio campaign, all the while touring in the cities in where airplay is taking place. The 50,000 would go a long way to helping us develop a sustainable career within our music journey.
