Who or what is your musical inspiration?
No Doubt and The Cranberries combined with life in New York City! Our debut album, “The Vessel” is coming out in August!! The project also formed out of retaliation against a former label for not respecting bec as a real rock artist. Now managed by Ryan Gentles of the strokes, we’re determined to be the biggest all girl rock band of all time.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen would be the perfect launchpad for us, after playing almost 100 shows over the past two years!! We finally finished our album that was completely self funded and it’s time to hit the ground running!! Our goal is to create a fantasy world for anyone to escape to. Global Citizen would be an opportunity for us to prove to the world that girls can rock just as hard as boys and share our contagious tunes with the world to fall in love with, just as we have ourselves
What would you do with $50,000?
With 50,000 we would focus on community building events and strategy to build a world larger than just the music!! Our purpose is to entertain and provide an escape for listeners. With this money, we could finally afford some long overdue equiptment (inears & interface! Bare essentials) and have the ability to finish recording our next two upcoming albums ourselves!!! Our goal is to be completely self sufficient to show to girls everywhere that you can do anything if u put your mind to it!
