Who or what is your musical inspiration?
We have a massive range of musical influences and we try to pay homage to the 90s alternative rock scene with a sprinkle of punk rock and pop music. We want to make rock music highly popular again and try to show today’s youth how fun it can be to learn instruments and play with other musicians.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
We are all experienced musicians who have played in bands over the years but this band is a new venture for us and we are very excited to show people our music. If we had the opportunity to perform at the Global Citizen Festival, it would introduce us and our music to a massive audience and could open so many positive doors for us. It would take us to a new level and hopefully allow us to do what we love for a living.
What would you do with $50,000?
We would most likely invest most, if not all the money back into the band. We’d like to put out a full length album, purchase a touring van and trailer and maybe get some new equipment for us to use for our live performances. It’s not easy or cheap to hit the road as a DIY band so we would use the money to help us hit the road and get our music out to the masses. We would also donate a portion of our winnings to Global Citizen.
