My musical inspiration life raw unfiltered stories growing up in a family of blues, hip-hop and gospel. I learned early that authenticity is the soul of a hit. My grandfather taught me how to play the blues at an early age and his gritty riffs taught me emotion and rhythm. My granny, my mom, my aunties, and my uncle were all in the choir & I play piano by ear from an early age.
