Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration comes from the trials & tribulations of my life. My whole family is musically inclined but we all have yet to catch that big break. My motivation comes from artists like J. Cole & Kendrick Lamar . Listening to their music and watching how they climbed to the top keeps my head up in times of despair. I want to have that same effect on those who may be in my situation or worse. I want to uplift anyone who takes out the time to listen.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be life changing for me. Being able to perform on a stage of that scale would bring me the exposure my career has been lacking. Not having all the tools needed to really brand myself have put a major hault on my career and this opportunity would be groundbreaking for me.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would definitely invest in myself & my music. Paying for studio time & music videos isn’t really ideal off of a 9-5 salary. I would also handle some financial things and give back to my family
