Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My inspiration comes from soul, spirit, and survival—artists like Indie Arie, Frank Ocean, and Ben Howard, but also my ancestors and queer joy. I sing from the space between worlds, where emotion becomes sound and truth becomes melody.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be a dream achievement—sharing music that heals, liberates, and uplifts on a global stage. It would amplify my voice as an artist for change, for love, and for the power of being seen as your whole self.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d take the love of my life on our first real vacation together after I invest in producing my debut album, create visuals that represent underrepresented artists, and fund songwriting project that empower youth through creative expression.
