Who or what is your musical inspiration?
When I was younger, I was always more of a quiet individual. In reality, quiet people have the loudest minds. In my youth, while I never spoke much unless there was something to be said, I always had a constant symphony in my head. I began to play the piano and was inspired by my teacher, who could seemingly transform the sounds in his head into an audible reality. This inspired me to search for a way in which I could turn the assortment of sounds playing in my mind, into more than just thoughts
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Playing at the Global Citizen Festival would drastically alter my career by allowing me the chance to show my friends, family, and the entire world, that my dream of music is more than just a hobby, and more than just the sounds I hear in my head. It is a burning desire and passion that has the power to change reality itself. Shifting moods, promoting unity, and forging everlasting memories to a sizeable audience. I know that if I have a big enough stage, I can create something that will last.
What would you do with $50,000?
If I were to win $50,000, I would use it to pay off my student loans and medical debt. Unfortunately over the past few years I have had to undergo multiple surgeries due to serious injuries I endured. The medical bills, in addition to my student debt, has placed me in a position where I am forced to sideline my dreams of music, until I can lift the burden. While I spend every waking moment outside of work pursuing my dreams in music, removing looming financial constraints would change everything
