Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My dad was a pastor and still is, growing up in South Texas in the Church. That’s how I learned how to make music.. it really shaped my sound and also made me the songwriter that I am today. Blues music just made SENSE to me and I took it from there!
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be the ultimate game changer for my career. I’ve been in the music industry playing and touring with bands for 10 years. I’ll be having a baby girl in four weeks and getting the support like this would be a life changer!
What would you do with $50,000?
It would be an incredible life-changing experience having a baby girl that is being born in four weeks. This would be the down payment for our first home for me and my wife and growing family here in Franklin Tennessee.
