Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration is my mom. She once said that Everyone has something (a gift) to use to 'help' somebody else and that music was my gift. Since then, I have always used my music to 'entertain' yes, but also promote love, peace and unity, (and to be of help when and where I can).
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would impact my career significantly as this appearance would enable me access to one of the largest performance venues IN THE WORLD. Most importantly however, performing at the Global Citizens Festival' would give me as an artist and brand an opportunity to connect with a global audience.
What would you do with $50,000?
Winning $50,000 at the Global Citizens Festival would help tremendously with my career as it would help cover many expenses associated with my future works (i.e.; audio/video production costs, merchandise and legal counsel). This award winning would foster a greater creative space as an artist in alleviating some of the financial burdens that come along with being an independent 'working musician'
