Who or what is your musical inspiration?
As a whole we are greatly impacted by artists across all genres of music and artists who create outside of music as well. Anyone putting their story out to the world through creative expression is an inspiration to us all. In terms of music, the greats of West Coast hip hop as well as legendary artists & groups from the 70s greatly inspire the sound of Brother Smack.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would tremendously impact our career. The opportunity to perform on such a prominent stage in front of so many music fans that haven’t had a proper introduction to us would greatly impact our paths as artists! This moment would be our chance to present ourselves as the professionals we strive to be through our art.
What would you do with $50,000?
That amount of money would allow us to further fund our artistic endeavors as a collective by making merchandise, videos, funding potential tours, buying equipment that we need, renting out a larger creative space for us to continue our paths on making music, and much more.
