Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Growing up I felt inspired by artists such as Missy Elliot, Mya, OutKast, Beyoncé, Sade, Ciara, The Dream & Drake.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Having the opportunity to perform at the Global Citizens Festival would impact my career as an artist, storyteller & producer positively because of the mega exposure that comes from being included in a top tier line up of other artists that have already built a phenomenal fan base for themselves. Even if I was on stage for 10 minutes, that type of exposure would put me in front of thousands of new people that could discover my sound & my story.
What would you do with $50,000?
$50,000 would be a game changer as an artist! I’d be able to invest in visual content used for promotional purposes, studio time & other brand development resources. I’d be able to maintain my stability at home for my family and have extra funds to build a dream life where I can impact others positively, ultimately creating other opportunities for creatives, such as myself.
