Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Growing up in San Diego, CA, I was exposed to everything—punk, hip-hop, reggae, classic rock. But studying abroad in Australia in 2011 is when I discovered dance music. After hitting rock bottom at 22, I found purpose in making high-energy, cinematic tracks with a clean message. That’s the heart of CLAENSLATE.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be powerful validation for 10 years of grinding, growth, and evolving my sound. Performing at Global Citizen would be a breakthrough moment—showing the world I’m ready for the main stage. It would open doors to the right teams, labels, and partnerships to help elevate CLAENSLATE to the level I know it’s meant to reach.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d split it between building stability and fueling momentum. Part would go toward a down payment on a home with my wife—laying the foundation for our future. The rest would be invested into the CLAENSLATE project: elevating content, running strategic ad campaigns, and throwing high-impact shows to grow the brand and flip that $50K into $250K. I see it as seed money for the next level.
