Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration comes from the rich and dynamic artistic heritage of Haiti. Growing up surrounded by the rhythms of konpa, rara, and traditional folk music, I was deeply moved by how our music tells stories, heals, and unites communities. I also draw strength from the legacy of the great Haitian artists who paved the way,those who turned struggle into sound and culture into celebration. Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a powerful milestone in my career. It’s more than just a stage, it’s a global platform that aligns music with purpose. Sharing my voice in front of a worldwide audience that cares about justice, equity, and change would amplify not only my artistry, but also the messages I stand for. What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, I would invest in expanding my musical platform and giving back to my community. Part of the funding would go toward producing high-quality music and visuals that elevate Haitian culture on the world stage,recording, mixing, touring, and collaborating with other global artists. The other part would be dedicated to launching a community-based music initiative that provides young people in Haiti with access to instruments, mentorship, and studio time.
