Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I’m an incredibly variety-driven person, so my sources of inspiration range from Kurt Cobain to JPEGMAFIA even to PilotRedSun. But what really drives me is the acceptance of vulnerability, and absolute healing power of music on people, their relationships, and perception of life. If frequencies can truly be mastered to help the world as a whole, then I accept this as my calling and am willing to sacrifice much of myself to inspire on a global scale
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Really it’d be my first time performing, excluding a few events at my high school. I am more than ready to jump into the deep water that is the big stage to show people how serious I am. This will be the first thing in my 7 years of music to genuinely spark a reaction and provide me with a satisfying amount of opportunities, unlike the coldness of the town I live in. I crave community heavily, and this will open the eyes of potential friends and collaborators, maybe even mentors!
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d donate around $15,000 of this money to local food banks, homeless shelters, and any other places that thrive on supporting the community. Much of this money would go to friends and family that always saw my vision and supported me. Particularly, my parents deserve to be repaid for everything they’ve done to uplift me. i’d live off the rest for as long as I can to focus on nurturing my music career; a fulltime mission for me. I hope for steady income from music at some point
