Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Prior to getting started in the music industry, I was hit with one of the greatest wake up moments of my life. Prior to graduating high school back in 2015, I was informed of my late cousin Rome Henderson's heart condition. It was that moment I decided to do all I can to motivate Rome to see that she can do all that she puts her mind to. She received a heart transplant on 01/01/2017
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
By performing at the Global Citizen Festival, I would be able to not only grow my fanbase, but I would essentially be able to have a greater impact on the youth on a positive level. If I were selected to perform at the G.C.F I would not only be able to share my testimony of overcoming adversity but I would able to keep my cousin Rome's legacy alive thus keeping the promise that I made years ago prior to her passing.
What would you do with $50,000?
For starters, I would continue my education. I am currently a student at the Academy of Art university in San Francisco. As a junior in college I am able to see that my graduation is near and I would love to continue to pursue my degree in music production and sound design for visual media. With the $50,000 I would pay for the rest of my tuition and I would use the remaining amount to start a non profit for aspiring musicians.
