Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Mac miller, J cole, Green Day, Eminem Hozier, Fall Out Boy, Kendrick Lamar, Noah Kahan. I kind of like a mix of everything, but quality storytelling is what gets me to engage. The delivery is where I like to see the artist get creative.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would put me in front of new fans who I could connect with and bring joy to, through music they haven’t yet found. I am at home on-stage so I would be happy to be there!! One of my favorite things about performing is being able to control the energy of the crowd and seeing their faces light up when they hear something they didn’t necessarily expect.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would re-invest into my career. I would use the money to help myself create and explore new opportunities which would help me to further grow my music and my ability to tour and show the world what I’m all about. If I had $50,000 it would give me the breathing room to create freely without having to worry about how to pay for it all at the present moment. Everything helps when you’re independent.
