Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My first musical inspiration was The Beatles, followed by Stevie Wonder,The Supremes, GFR, James Gang, Robin Trower, Heart, Chrissie Hynde, B52’s, Madonna, Bonnie Raitt, The Stones, Prince, and Led Zeppelin, My current inspiration is Joey Weisenberg.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
As a longtime DIY indie artist who has evolved through my life experiences, it would be much more significantly meaningful to be discovered in this lifetime to give me the opportunity to share the deeper meanings of life with those in my tribe whom I’ve yet to encounter, to build community, and to finally make a living off of what I love to do.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would love to have my own place with an updated recording studio - a small bungalow with a reception room to have a singing circle broadcasting live, that could double as my yoga studio space. What a dream!
