Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I’m inspired by boundary-pushing artists like Doechii, Doja Cat, Charli XCX, and underground hyperpop artists like Jane Remover, d0llywood1, dreamcache. I also draw from early 2000s icons like Kesha, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, and Avril Lavigne, and I have a love for Midwest screamo. I’m driven by the passion and raw creativity of my local music scene. My local scene, rooted in punk before I brought hyperpop to it, inspires me. I love what the punk community stands for.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at Global Citizen Festival would impact my career by giving me visibility & new opportunities. It’d also help inspire niche hyperpop artists who feel unseen, showing them it’s possible & creating space for real connection. I’d continue using my platform to raise awareness around trans and youth healthcare, women’s rights, Palestine, immigrant rights, & ending poverty. Free Palestine. Trans people will always exist and never stop existing.
What would you do with $50,000?
With 50k, I’d finally be able to leave my hometown in Florida. I’ve felt stuck in an environment that doesn’t support my growth or happiness. My dream is to move to a bigger city, meet creative, like minded people, and build a life where I can truly thrive. This would mean everything. Not just for my career,, but for my peace, freedom, and the chance to finally feel at home in myself and my art.
