Who or what is your musical inspiration?
When I first grew up my first CD was a bee gees CD of one night only , my grandpa had given it to me around 3 or 4 years of age and from there I just grew more attached to it. I would sing I would dance, but then listened to other greats like Rod Stewart and Sinatra Jr. And the way they all could get people on their feet and feeling the way they did in the moment and seeing the joy I just wanted to do the same and make people smile or relief when they hear my tracks.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
I've never performed anywhere or in front of more than 20 people at a time and my music has a niche community, so to say that it would give me a minute to be seen by more than a few and to have them listen to what I do would probably be more than a miracle but definitely not have been in my mind to even dream of being bigger than a nobody.
What would you do with $50,000?
I'd honestly catch up on bills , repair my house and make sure that my son can have more than enough and have what I didnt. Make sure I have a reliable transportation . I would make sure to put some aside for a bad day and make sure I didn't have to worry if I had a flat tire could I afford gas if I bought a new one . Or if suddenly out on the streets because the tornado ripped the trees through our house. It would be a weight of stress off my shoulders knowing I could provide
