Who or what is your musical inspiration?
In terms of music, I’m inspired by GoGo music in DC, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, & Chris Brown to name just a few. I write my life. Real life moments & experiences—good, bad, ugly—become my art.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would challenge me to put on my own show as a recording artist, and it would be a monumental step toward effectuating my presence in music, in the fans’ ear.
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, first, I’d tithe $5,000. With the remaining 45K, I’d have to take a nap first. I would take care of remaining university expenses, & I’d find creative, legal ways to flip it into $500,000. It’ll be $500 billion by the time I’m through with it.
