Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I was raised in a musical house hood. My mom listened to oldies, my grandmother listened to gospel, and I liked hip hop, pop, and rock. It’s hard to pinpoint my favorite genre because I take inspiration from so many different artists. From 2Pac to Duran Duran. From Eric Clapton to Adele.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing would be such a great experience. I could get a chance to showcase my music which would get it heard by a lot of people, but honestly Id be most excited just for the experience, because i know it’ll be a stepping stone to so much more.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would help my mother out, use a portion of it on my upcoming wedding and or honeymoon, spend a couple thousand to upgrade my studio equipment and invest the rest.
