Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I'm inspired but a lot of revolutionary folk and blues artists and the stories told in their music. From protest songs, to real everyday emotions, this kind of music teaches of the human struggle and experience, and it's the purest thing ever!
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
If I won this year, it would be a amazing step into furthering my career and get my music heard! I've always wanted to play a stage of that level so I could share my stories, and insights with music lovers such as myself!
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use the money to create a co-op space for myself and other artists in the Atlanta area, and south in general. We would use this space for creation, recording, and live events!
