Who or what is your musical inspiration?
We’ve been listening to metal our entire lives. At this point in our career, we’ve been more inspired by the people we’ve met in the underground DIY scene in Albuquerque and around the state of New Mexico then any music we could put in our ears. That being said, we grew up listening to Slipknot and older metal bands that our dad’s introduced us to when we are younger.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
For our whole lives, we’ve dreamt of getting on a stage and being able to have that connection with a massive group of people. This is not only would fulfill that dream, but also basically complete our lives and everything that we’ve sought after as musicians. Also, by being super young artists, only in high school, This would give us stories to share with people for the rest of our lives and set up a set us up as musicians forever.
What would you do with $50,000?
We would put it straight into funding gas, merchandise, and gear for our band to go on tour and see the country, meet and make new fans, and bridge the gap between music and artist.
