Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I grew up with gospel, lokua kanza, French rnb and some folk songs. It hasn’t changed much but today, after listening to a wider variety of music, I’ve added to that.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the GCF will help me reach more people with the music I make, spread what it makes me feel but also work within my power to spread a message about those that cannot be heard.
What would you do with $50,000?
Music can be a means through which we can vehicle many things and make a difference in this world. I would use it to fund my career to vehicle a message and make a difference as much as I can.
