Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I have tons of musical inspirations ranging from people like Sinatra, Doris Day, Sarah Vaughan…. To Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, aaliyah… to hope sandoval, Courtney lowe… and a lot of modern day indie/rock from the 00s to now!!!
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would impact me so greatly as it has been one of my life long dreams to perform at a festival. I have been performing at so many shows for the past few years and performing is one of my favorite aspects of my career as a musician. It’s so spiritually fulfilling and feels like the root of my craft and the Global Citizen Festival would feel so emboldening & special. It would be the absolute gift.
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, I’d definitely buy the cello I’ve been wanting for years to start. I’d probably invest in my music to the ultimate and be able to pay great mixers, instrumentalists, etc to collab in my music. Finances are a big struggle in my music these days and I’m always left not being able to collab in ways I want due to not being able to afford my favorite mixers, masterers, guitarists, etc I think I’d be able to world build and create such a new energy within my
