Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I take inspiration across a wide spectrum of genres. I grew up on progressive rock like Rush and then evolved into listening to more metal and rap. As an EDM producer and DJ, I apply this inspiration to bring in a multi genre experience that surprises the listener. I never dreamt of pursuing this full-time professional. After both my parents were diagnosed with cancer I quit my job and have been pursuing Music as a life goal ever since.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Words cannot explain how this wouldn’t impact my career. It would help me break the looming social media barrier that restrains aspiring artists. So many DJs are held back in favor of artists that see controversy over art. I would use this opportunity as a doorway to market my career and pursue my passion.
What would you do with $50,000?
Donate to other aspiring artist and seek a producer mentorship for myself.
