Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Heavily influenced by the grooves and rhythms of Brazilian music, at young age moved overseas with mom and got exposed to other genres of music and since then it's been a multicultural journey. With that I started DJ'ing, as a backup for a friend that knew I had lots of different music and since then its been a passion I have been working on sharing and weaving together global sounds, beats and experiences that celebrates cultural diversity.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would make a huge impact and give me energy to keep on believing and take it to the next level with endless possibilities, opening doors to other events, opportunities to network and collaboration opportunities. Exposure to diverse and international audiences, positions as an artist who stands for something more than just entertainment, but also cultural diversity, equality.
What would you do with $50,000?
Invest in music production, brand and/or label that helps other artists and create a music event promoting diversity and small artists as well.
