Who or what is your musical inspiration?
“I grew up vibing to the depth of reggae, the soul of hip hop, and the fire of Latin percussion. Artists like DJ Premier, Q-Tip, Madlib, Mad Professor, Damian Marley, and Daft Punk shaped my ears—while the rhythms of South America and legends like Tito Puente, Giovanni Hidalgo, and Aaron Spears shaped my hands. My music lives where culture, drums, and groove meet.”
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would be a turning point—not just for exposure, but for purpose. It would amplify my voice as an artist committed to rhythm, culture, and change. What would you do with $50,000?
access to gear, time, and opportunities has never been easy for me. With $50,000, I’d finally be able to focus fully on my craft—build a proper studio, invest in tools I’ve only dreamed of, and create without the daily worry of how I’ll eat or survive. It would be freedom to grow, create, and give back through music.”
