Who or what is your musical inspiration?
The gift of the breath in my lungs. My OG’s heartbeat was the first music I heard in the womb, and I’m still making music to the rhythm of that drum. The opportunity to be Original is inspiring these days. I learned how to write music and play the guitar while I was away from HOME, and it brought me to life all over again.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would introduce me to a world of people that I have the privilege to share my pain & poesy with.
What would you do with $50,000?
I’d make sure my Fam is debt free, and then I’d put the rest right back into the music. That’d be a good start for me to see if I can go into it full time.
