Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I love artists like Phoebe Bridgers and Lizzy McAlpine. Their strong lyricism and unique sound inspires my own ideas to be brought to life. My father also raised me around music constantly - I have no doubt that he made me who I am today.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would change not only my career, but my entire life. Doing large performances has always been a dream of mine, and I long to share my music with the world at such an amazing event.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use the $50,000 to release more of my music and to get equipment such as interfaces, new instruments, and high-end DAW programs. I would also donate a generous portion to non-profits, like the Laufey Foundation, to expand music programs to children and to support young and upcoming musicians.
