Who or what is your musical inspiration?
A drive for purpose, and bringing light to problems in song has been an inspiration of mine, for example my song Truth Beats Karma is about the prevention of drunk driving. I intend to continue using my musical ability’s to spread awareness and positivity in this way.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
As a Multimedia-Production student at Western Michigan University, i’m taught experience is often what matters most in this industry. Performing has always been my field house, and doing so at the GCF would put me closer to my career goals, and hopefully bring me closer to my lifelong dream of my music making a difference in peoples lives.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would use the money to finish my last two years of education, rent a place of my own, and finally travel to LA to meet my mentors who have supported me throughout the past several years.
