Any human creation that moves the mind body and soul. The Beatles, Crosby Stills & Nash, Nick Drake, Wilco, Neil Young, Lawrence of Arabia, Pan's Labyrinth, War at the End of the World, The House of the Spirits, My Dinner With Andre, Hank Williams, Yves Tanguy, Georgia O'Keefe, Jean Baudrillard, the Myth of the American Dream, Kurt Vonnegut, Jack Kerouac, Ernest Hemmingway, Walt Whitman, Dan Hicks and his Hot Licks, Jorma Kaukonen, etc
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
It would be the biggest show I've ever played for my project and would help introduce my music to a much wider audience, which would be incredible :)
What would you do with $50,000?
I would invest it in my music career and my family, who is grappling with my mother-in-law's stage 4 lung cancer and brain cancer. My wife and I would have more freedom to attend to our family in a difficult period where steady work has felt impossible. It would alleviate the stress and pressures of a complicated chapter of Life. 🙏
