Who or what is your musical inspiration?
Our biggest musical inspirations for sure are Paramore and Evanescence. Their respective impacts on the genre are unmeasurable and they were the reason we formed as a band. Hayley Williams and Amy Lee are vocal powerhouses that reflect true emotion, raw talent, and hard work. We hope to take these inspirations, along with our own creativity and experience, and create something new and powerful to bring to the scene.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would have a life-changing impact on our careers. We are college students with very little means financially to put into promotion, but we put so much time, hard work, and care to our music. We believe that if our music were to reach the right audience, it could make a great impact.
What would you do with $50,000?
If we were to win $50,000 it would go right back into making more music and giving back to our local scene. The DIY scene in New Brunswick, NJ is what brought us together and gave us our very first opportunities to play. We would love to have the means to uplift that community and support other local artists starting out.
