Who will perform at the Global Citizen Festival, appear in Rolling Stone, and take home $50,000?
Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration comes from a variety of musical artists that I grew up with listening to including Bob Marley and the Wailers, the grateful Dead, Allman Brothers Band, Tom Petty, Steve Windwood and Traffic along with so many top performers of today's music. I was the drummer for The Ululators and had the chance to tour the national and international music scene opening up for such bands as Phish .
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the global citizen festival would impact my music career immensely. Having the chance to play at a top music festival in New York City would be an incredible experience. Although I have performed at a few large music festivals in my life having had the opportunity to open up for Phish on New Year's Eve concert was extraordinary. With exposure performing a concert of this size it would help catapult me to a higher level of opportunity and hopefully get picked up by an agent .
What would you do with $50,000?
If I were to be the lucky recipient of winning $50,000 I would reinvest it into my music business and put it towards promoting more concerts.
