Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration is authenticity in itself. Without music, I wouldn’t be who I am today, and I owe that same authenticity back to the world.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would not only warm my heart as an artist, but give me the chance to tap into other people’s hearts that are unhealed and give them a little encouragement in some way, shape or form. I’ve always been used to performing in crowds, but this would give me the chance to make a lot of impact at once, and broaden my exposure.
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000, I would first be very grateful. I would use some of it for building up my mini studio, a small investment to my small business that would go hand and hand with my musical artistry, try and find a decent car so I can travel and really spread my work, word and art, and I would also put some of it back to fall back on. With a portion of it, I would pay for a feature with a bigger artist depending on the price, to widen exposure, and I would be sure to keep creating.
