Who or what is your musical inspiration?
I write because the page is white. I conjoin note to syllable because a keyboard is a voice. I sing because I whistle. I create songs because the Lord gave me a gift I need to use. I had to enter this competition simply to say I did to possibly reach flavor starved ears. America's Next Top Hitmaker will be a conduit should the Lord deem my path is through this achievement. Songwriters influence me. Mainstream radio does not.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Life changing is an understatement to an improbability. To sing my songs to those who listen is the greatest reward I have received from all the effort, hard work, and repetition endured since 2008. Allow me to be heard at the Global Citizen Festival.
What would you do with $50,000?
I would invest into my musical future which would include recording, copyrights, publishing, and band expenses.
