Who or what is your musical inspiration?
All throughout school until the 10th grade I thought music would be too difficult. By chance I landed in a music class with one of the best music teachers you could ever ask for and the rest is history. Encouragement came from my peers after graduating who were staples of the house scene in Munich, Germany. They have since become big names throughout Europe and I hope to follow in their footsteps one day!
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Living in a small city in the United States can be challenging for a deep house artist especially with a minimalist sound. Performing at the Global Citizen Festival would offer massive exposure and a platform for me as an artist to continue to pursue the thing I am most passionate about, underground house music!
What would you do with $50,000?
The 50k prize would open many doors for not just me as an artist but for my partner and I as well. Engaged a couple of years ago, it would allow me to provide for her the way she deserves!
