Who or what is your musical inspiration?
My musical inspiration comes from the history of music, I implement many different elements from diffrent genres of music and diffrent eras of music. Artists who inspire me most would have to be Michael Jackson, Eminem, Drake, Young thug, and Lil wayne. These artists resonate with me due to the versatility that they express in their work. They all brought something different and new to the table and I know for a fact that I will be mentioned with those artists when they speak about the greats.
How would performing at the Global Citizen Festival impact your career?
Performing at the Global Citizen Festival will impact my career the best way it possibly can and only for the better. I am going to be able to showcase my gift to the world and show the definition of what true stage presence is. It will open many doors and bless me with many opportunities to grow and learn. Finally, it will mark the day that Ian Cartier will become Americas next top hitmaker.
What would you do with $50,000?
With $50,000 a lot of good can be done as well as a lot of bad. My plans for when i receive this $50,000 is to invest it all back into my music career. I will book studio sessions, start doing more promotion and marketing for my music and self image.
